Smiley and the team saved my butt during vacation when my screen cracked and my iPhone X went into an endless boot loop. I dropped my phone off and got it a few hours later working as well as possible. Well enough for me to finish out my trip until I could get home and get it replaced. The folks at iTeck repair are amazing, and Smiley worked a miracle on my phone (from which I really needed to retrieve some data). My phone was completely unresponsive and wouldn’t even turn on or charge. Every other place I went said, “Sorry, there is nothing you can do,” but he was willing to look at it for free.
